Today’s mood board Monday is inspiring you to rethink your living room sitch.
Why?
Two BIG reasons:
ONE: Do you like to entertain? Multiple conversations can take place in the same room, and people will settle here, rather than in your kitchen. Make it a desirable place to hang, rather than in the kitchen.
TWO: This one is a FACT. We live in a multi-generational household. In fact, that’s all we’ve known. FOUR generations…ONE roof. That’s right, homies. From (almost) 80, down to (almost) fresh out of the oven (April for those that are interested). Our house, and every single room in it, has to serve some purpose for everyone. So, if your home is crowded like ours, or you have kids/people with different likes/interests and WANT to be together…this is your jam.
MULTIPLE SEATING AREAS IN THE LIVING ROOM. And yes, I’m screaming that out…hands shaking back and forth too…..
We pride ourselves on creating interiors that inspire, and what’s better than having a room that inspires everyone to hang out together, and spend time with one another? We think nothing…and that’s impeccable.
What do you do when you have to design around an oversized piece of art or furniture? Well, we decide to go bold. Much like we did with this BOLD BESPOKE mood board for a client. This design was for an office, and an oversized painting of Clint. How do you make it the centerpiece…
Just moved to NYC. Think Carrie Bradshaw meets Kate Spade. Rose and Sparkles. Velvet Lounges and Cupcakes. We call this mood board: Uptown Girl and it captures this client perfectly. Is this an apartment in your dreams? That's impeccable.
Let's get inspired by them Alps! Clean lines, hygge (hoo-ga: cozy) and pine (all day), create the ultimate alpine attitude for this mood board Monday. It feels like it's time to take a trip down the bunny slopes, or at least sit fireside with a (spiked) hot chocolate! That's impeccable.
