Impeccable FIXER+UPPER

Here is another before and after from our fixer+upper.
Such hard work and yet so amazing to see our vision come true.

The biggest compliment came from the original owner who came by and said how beautiful all of the changes were…”you did what we always wanted to do.”

She got married in this house and raised her children there. We were overwhelmed by her story and her praise. So pleased to give this home a new life.

We hope the next owners will share many memories here too.

We removed this refrigerator room which enlarged the adjacent room lots!

This hall closet was made into a cute and functional bar area.

So practical and so darling.

Open up this wall to make this kitchen open to the next room. Now it has views

of the backyard. And it is so light and bright.

We said buh bye to the old counter tops, cabinets and appliances!
