Well, first let’s look at the color palate, sandy beaches, pops of color with the towels and umbrellas and beautiful blue of the ocean. (We also have some links in here if you want to get the look…and we get a small commish). What I love the most about this Gray Malin print, is that it is so vibrant, and full of texture. My first pick would be the Avalon daybed by Serena and Lily:
The colors and texture of this bed would be a solid starting piece for this room.
Next up? The blues of the ocean…and we’ve selected a beyond beautiful Stark carpet to use as our area rug, and we will add some more color and texture with some kilim pillows to throw on our daybed too.
Aren’t they nice? Can’t you see the colors?
Then a bitchin coffee table that has the worn old world texture of the mountains…
We LOVE coffee tables/ottomans that look like this, and we have had some made for clients too. Such an awesome find, and custom piece that we think everyone should have.
And we are assuming that the floors of the space are super dope…like this:
Which would allow for an amazing addition of this Dunes and Duchess chandelier…
We totes believe that a touch of black just elevates any and every interior…so don’t be afraid!
And now, how does it all look???
This room would totally work with my kaftan addiction too. Below we have some great finds to help you get your beach chic look on…and we may make a small commish if you buy.
What do you do when you have to design around an oversized piece of art or furniture? Well, we decide to go bold. Much like we did with this BOLD BESPOKE mood board for a client. This design was for an office, and an oversized painting of Clint. How do you make it the centerpiece…
Modern Mexican. Cool. Clean. Crisp. And bold It's so hot right now, no for real, it is so hot right now. We aren't talking about your local restaurant, no, no, no, we are talking about white walls. Bold colors (and vibrant patterns). With natural leathers and materials. It's not primary colored, or themed. It's cool.…
Let's get inspired by them Alps! Clean lines, hygge (hoo-ga: cozy) and pine (all day), create the ultimate alpine attitude for this mood board Monday. It feels like it's time to take a trip down the bunny slopes, or at least sit fireside with a (spiked) hot chocolate! That's impeccable.
