It’s full of new possibilities and its also time to change up the status quo, whether it be your wardrobe, your home or your hair/nails. It’s incredible to see how influenced we are by color trends. We bet you had no idea?
What’s really interesting with this color is that I’d say I’m not really a “purple person.” In fact, I pretty much had the world divided into purple people, and non-purple people. HOWEVER, there are NO BAD COLORS! Just bad color combinations. In fact, we decorated a house for a client and the only information we had to work on is that they loved purple. So guess what? We worked it.
And worked it we did.
In fact, every time I go to their house I am pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the color looks. Here’s how it could be styled into your bedroom…paired with a soft, creamy white. Yum.
We are sure you’ve been using Ultra Violet in your home already, I mean, who doesn’t love a hydrangea? Even Veranda has a beautiful book on entertaining with it front and center. By the way, it’s a great book, you should check it out. EIC Clinton Smith gets it.
SHOW ME THE COLOR!
We have been (secretly) dying for color to infiltrate our lives again when it comes to interior design. We couldn’t be happier. In fact, we love whites and greys, but how lovely it will be to see strong, vibrant color again? Including a color that will only enhance those whites and greys.
